Account Deletion
Delete your Wagwizi Community account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the Wagwizi Community app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you:
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes your profile, community posts and replies, check-ins, likes, poll votes and order history. This cannot be undone. Some minimal records may be retained where the law requires it (e.g. completed payment records held by our payment processor).
