Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Jah Prayzah official app ("Wagwizi Community", the "App") and this website collect, use and protect your information. By creating an account you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: your name, email address, country, and optionally your date of birth, phone number, city/location and a profile photo.
• Activity in the App: your community posts, replies, check-ins, likes, poll votes, and orders.
• A device push-notification token, so we can send you updates you opt into.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service (e.g. app version, error logs).

How we use it

We use your information to create and secure your Masoja membership, show your membership card and activity, deliver community features and notifications, process merch and ticket orders, and keep the App safe (preventing abuse and moderating content). We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that operate the App on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Expo / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and our email provider for transactional emails. When payments are enabled, payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by the App. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. Some community content (e.g. chat) is automatically purged on a rolling basis. When you delete your account, your profile and associated data are permanently removed.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Account → Delete Account inside the App. You may also request deletion by emailing info@jahprayzah.co.zw. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, posts, check-ins and order history. See Account Deletion for the full steps.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can access and update your information in the App, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
